Our main location is in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, near Amsterdam Central Station. We serve both local and international clients. From countries such as Belgium, Germany, France, and Luxembourg, shipments usually arrive within 1–2 days.

Once we receive the device, the average recovery time is 6–10 working days.

The process is simple:
After registration, we contact you. The initial diagnostic fee is €40, which is deducted from the total cost. After diagnosis, we provide a fixed price quote. If you agree, we proceed with the recovery. If not, we return your device — the diagnostic fee then serves as a cancellation fee.
